An operating company first.
We started by running things. Our first business was enterprise services: workforce, outsourcing and managed services for a multinational consumer-electronics brand in Nigeria. That work continues.
Running a service for a demanding client shows you what an opportunity needs before it can become a business: clear ownership, proper documents, the right partners, and people on the ground who run it every day. That is what we bring to each business we build or back.
